By using Swift-Crop (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

What the Service does

Swift-Crop helps you crop front and back scanner sheets into numbered PNG pairs for personal or business use such as online listings. Features may include free and paid (Pro) plans.

Your content

You keep ownership of the scans and exports you create. You are responsible for having the rights to upload and use those images.

We do not claim ownership of your images. We do not keep a permanent gallery of your scans, do not sell your images, and do not take content from your device beyond the files you choose to upload into the app. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Accounts and acceptable use

• Provide accurate account information and keep your login secure
• Do not attempt to abuse, disrupt, or reverse-engineer the Service
• Do not use the Service for unlawful material

Plans, billing, and cancellation

Free accounts include a limited number of exports. Pro is a paid subscription billed through Stripe. You can manage or cancel Pro through the billing portal in your account. Fees already charged are generally non-refundable except where required by law.

Availability and disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is.” Cropping quality depends on your scans and settings. We do not guarantee uninterrupted uptime or perfect detection on every scanner layout.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Swift-Crop is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or data loss arising from use of the Service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
