Swift-Crop (“we”, “us”) provides a tool to crop front and back scanner sheets into listing-ready PNG pairs. This page explains what we collect and what we do not keep.

Your scan images

We do not keep a library of your scans. We do not sell your images, use them for advertising, train models on them, or share them with other users.

• Images you upload are used only to detect and crop items for your session (for example, finding card boxes on a scan).
• Finished exports are generated for you to download. We do not store your exported ZIP files as a permanent archive.
• We do not browse or take personal photos from your device beyond the files you choose to upload into the app.

Account information

If you create an account, we store the information needed to run the service:

• Email address and a hashed password (we cannot read your password)
• Plan status and export usage counts
• Billing identifiers needed to manage Pro subscriptions

Payment card details are handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers.

Cookies and sessions

We use a login session token in your browser so you stay signed in. We may also use basic security checks (such as Cloudflare Turnstile) to reduce abuse.

• Cloudflare — hosting, security, and related infrastructure
